Account Deletion

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Macri AI account and associated data.

How to delete your account

• Open the Macri AI mobile application
• Log in to your account
• Navigate to Profile > Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Your personal data (such as profile information) will be erased
• You will no longer be able to access your account

Processing time

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.

Data retention

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., financial or transaction records). This data will not be used for any other purpose.
