This Privacy Policy describes how Macri AI ("we", "our") collects, uses and protects information from users ("you") of the Macri AI mobile application.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking.
Photos you submit for AI analysis are sent to our backend and to OpenAI for processing. They are not stored beyond the time required to return the result, except where you choose to keep them as part of your meal history.
We share data only with the following processors, strictly to operate the service:
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@gymtigerai.com. Upon deletion, your personal data is erased within 7 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction history) for a limited period.
Macri AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at support@gymtigerai.com.
All traffic between the app and our backend is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text). We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
