Terms of Service

By using the Macri AI mobile application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Macri AI provides AI-assisted calorie tracking, photo-based nutrition analysis, personalized workout plans, and a social community for fitness users.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions (Macri Pro)

• Macri Pro is a renewable subscription offered weekly, monthly, or yearly.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are issued for partially used periods, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass other users.
• Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.

5. AI & health disclaimer

AI-based nutrition estimates and workout suggestions provided by Macri AI are for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult a healthcare or fitness professional before starting any new diet or exercise program.

6. Intellectual property

All app assets, designs, exercise libraries, and workout templates are owned by Aquilorix LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. social posts, comments, profile data). By posting, you grant Macri AI a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquilorix LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through arbitration or competent courts where required.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
